As Co-founder and President of SKY Sotheby’s International Realty, the luxury brokerage firm and exclusive Sotheby’s affiliate in Sarasota and Manatee Counties, Chad Roffers oversees all business operations and leads the company’s commercial real estate division.

A licensed broker in Florida since 2001, Roffers has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years and started his career with Cendant, one of the foremost providers of real estate and travel services in the world. Prior to forming SKY Sotheby's, Roffers was one of the top associates with Michael Saunders & Company and Executive Vice President of Ad Auction, the leading online marketplace for connecting buyers and sellers of media space.

Roffers also led business development for US West Dex (now Quest) and served as the company's negotiator of high-level partnerships and investments including groundbreaking transactions with AOL Time Warner, Yahoo, SBC and Palm Computing. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver.
